The Colonial Inn, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is located halfway between downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. It features four buildings with 62 guest accommodations. The Main Inn, built in 1886, features four floors of rooms with king beds. Several rooms on the third and fourth floors offer views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Shorebirds Building includes two floors of rooms, each with two queen beds and outdoor patios or balconies. The Garden Grove Building offers two floors of rooms with outdoor spaces and quick access to Marginal Way. All rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, mini fridge, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and flat screen TV.
